Shipping & Delivery
Delivery across Egypt usually takes 5–10 working days (excluding Fridays and Saturdays) depending on your location and order volume. • Orders are shipped as a single package — no split deliveries.
Return & Exchange Policy
Order Allow to Open To make sure that our products meet your expectations, we kindly ask you to open and check your order within 5 minutes while the delivery agent is still present. If the order isn’t suitable for you, you can return it with the courier and only pay the shipping fees to the delivery agent. After the delivery agent leaves, no return or exchange will be accepted . In case of any defect in order we offer free delivery.
